This policy explains how PDIHQ Limited collects and handles the details you submit through this website. PDIHQ Limited is the operator of pdihq.co.nz.

What we collect

We collect information only through the forms on this website:

• Interest registration. Your name, organisation, email, role or area of interest, the category you select, any questions or feedback you add, and whether you opt in to future updates.
• Resident expression of interest. Your name, company, email, phone (optional), sector, a description of what you do, and indicative space and timing.
• General enquiry. Your name, email, subject, and message.
• Stakeholder feedback. Your email, an optional name, and your answers to the feedback questions.

We also record the date and time of a submission and basic technical information (IP address and browser type) to help prevent spam and misuse.

Why we collect it

We use these details only for the purpose of the form you used: to record your interest and contact you when the approved PDIHQ Investor Pack is available, to assess resident fit, to respond to enquiries, and to consider your feedback as we improve the website and the Investor Pack. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How enquiries and follow-up are managed

Submissions are sent to PDIHQ by email and are followed up directly by PDIHQ. Registrations of interest are followed up when the approved Investor Pack is available. Resident expressions of interest are followed up by the founder. Feedback is reviewed and used to improve the site before its formal launch.

Where submissions are stored and who can access them

Submissions are stored in PDIHQ's secure lead and feedback records, held in Google Workspace, and notifications are sent to PDIHQ email addresses. Access is limited to PDIHQ Limited: the founder and authorised PDIHQ personnel. We use the following service providers to operate the site and process submissions: Cloudflare (website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics), Google (form storage and email notification), and MailerLite (to send a single acknowledgement email to resident expressions of interest, and to send future updates only to people who have opted in). Resident expressions of interest are not enrolled in any ongoing marketing or nurture sequence without opt-in. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Optional future updates

Registering your interest, requesting the Investor Pack, or sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated future communications. You receive future PDIHQ updates only if you choose that option. You can withdraw at any time by emailing info@pdihq.co.nz or using the unsubscribe link in any update.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them, at any time. Email info@pdihq.co.nz and we will action your request.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the cookies required for it to function. It does not use marketing cookies or third-party advertising trackers. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page visits without using cookies and without collecting personally identifiable information.
